Clients who are returning to their home which is in a non-member municipality from a hospital or care facility in a member municipality shall receive that service which shall be a single one-way ride as they are considered residents of the member municipality while at and leaving the hospital or care facility.
Clients are expected to have fully completed a Client Registration Form before they receive service. Drivers shall carry blank Client Registration Forms to distribute to new clients as necessary. If doubt exists regarding the registration of a client, please contact the Dispatcher for clarification.
